Here is a quick overview of our process for rebuilding and repairing Mechanical Seals.

Extensive Cleaning We take our time in the cleaning and inspection process to make sure that each seal is cleaned and polished like new.	Blasting All metal parts are glass beed blasted to remove any residue	Lapping & Polishing We lap all faces and polish o-ring surfaces to ensure that each element preforms to it's maximum potential.
Flat Lapping We lap each face with a diamond slurry to make sure that they are flat within 2-3 helium light band.	Check Face Flatness Each face that we use is double checked for proper flatness before installation.	Clean Assembly All our seals are assembled in a clean room to keep contaminates out during assembly.
